북한 장거리 탄두 미사일 발사에 대비하여 지상 배치형 요격미사일'PAC3'의 발사기와 레이더를 장치한 특수 차량 등 약 60대가 육상자위대의 아키타 주둔지와 이와테 주둔지 배치되었습니다(북한정부가 장거리 탄두 미사일을 발사할때 요격을 해야 동북아 평화에 도움이 될 수 있습니다 북한 김정일정부는 병정분리주의 개인 사병국가로 군 통수권이 북한 국민이나 국가(의회)가 아닌  최고지도자 사병집단으로 모험 전쟁을 추진할 수 있는 좌익군정체제입니다 김정일 국방위원장이 최고인민회의 상임위원회 위원장 국가수반권력까지 장악하려는 책동이 바로 장거리 미사일 발사 책동입니다)
