말레이시아 사고기 국제조사단, 안전 문제로 현장조사 벌이지 못하고 있어

말레이시아 항공의 여객기가 격추된 사건의 진상규명을 위해 국제적인 조사단이 정식 조사를 시작했지만, 안전상의 문제를 고려해 추락현장에서의 조사는 실시하지 못해 각국이 군의 파병을 검토하는 등 대응책을 마련하고 있습니다.

네덜란드에서 출발해 말레이시아를 향하던 말레이시아 항공의 여객기가 격추된 이번 사건에서 승객승무원 298명 전원이 사망해, 신원 확인 작업을 위해 수습된 시신을 네덜란드로 이송하고 있습니다.

네덜란드 안전위원회는 23일 성명을 발표하고 네덜란드를 중심으로한 국제적인 조사단이 진상규명을 위해 본격적인 활동을 시작했다고 밝혔습니다. 조사단에는 네덜란드 이외에도 우크라이나와 말레이시아, 러시아 등이 참가해 우크라이나의 수도 키예프 등에서 자료 수집과 분석을 하고 있습니다.

하지만, 추락현장인 우크라이나 동부지역은 친러시아파 무장집단이 장악하고 있어 현장조사를 실시하지 못하고 있습니다. 호주 언론은 호주 정부가 군과 경찰 인력 약100명을 우크라이나로 파견할 것을 검토하고 있다고 밝혔습니다. 네덜란드의 언론 또한 네덜란드 정부가 군 등의 파견을 검토하고 있다고 전해 조사를 확실히 실시하기 위한 안전 확보를 위해 각국이 대응책을 마련하고 있습니다.
