Around the world people are preparing for US President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration. Celebrations are taking place in his father's birthplace, the Kenyan village of Nyangoma Kogelo
The village is around 300km from Nairobi, but you can't fail to be aware of the inauguration in the Kenyan capital.
