프-독-러-우 지도자, 우크라이나 정세와 시리아 위기 토론

 

President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, President of France Francois Hollande and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met in the Normandy format in Paris. The four leaders discussed possibilities for resolving the situation in Ukraine.

올랑드 프랑스 대통령, 메르켈 독일 총리, 푸틴 러시아 대통령, 포로셴코 우크라이나 대통령이 2일 프랑스 대통령부에서 양자 및 다각회담을 가지고 우크라이나 동부정세, 신 민스크협약 실시 상황과 시리아 문제를 토론했습니다.

프랑스 언론이 프랑스 외교인사의 소식을 인용해 보도한데 따르면 올랑드 대통령과 푸틴 대통령이 2일 4자회담에 앞서 시리아 정치과도 조절입장, 의견상이 축소와 관련해 75분간 회담을 진행했습니다. 이어 메르켈 총리도 푸틴 대통령과 양자회담을 진행했습니다.

 

현재 서방나라들은 바샤르 알 아사드  시리아 대통령의 사직을 전제로 시리아정부 성원들과 정치적으로 위기를 해결할데 관해 토론할 용의가 있다고 표시했지만 러시아는 바샤르 알아사드  대통령이 사직하지 말아야 한다고 인정하고 있습니다.

 

 

프랑스 외교인사들은 올랑드 대통령과 푸틴 대통령이 프랑스가 제출한 3가지 조건에 대해 깊이있게 교류했다고 밝혔습니다. 이 세가지 조건은 "이슬람국"타격, 시리아 민간인 보호, 제네바협약에 따라 정치과도를 진행하는 것입니다.

 

 

 

 

During the talks, the leaders touched base on the progress in implementing the most important points in the Minsk Agreements, confirmed their commitment to the Minsk process and stressed that there is no alternative to implementing the Minsk Agreements.
