 -많은 사람이 모이는 궁궐이나 저택 앞에는 항시 분수대가 있으며 그 분수대에서 나오는 물을 보고 용기와 희망 그리고 호연지기를 일깨워준다 그리고 인간도 물처럼 깨끗함을 원하며 공직자의 첫번째 덕목 청렴의식을 일깨워준다

-항상 태양만을 바라보며 끝없이 날고자하는 사람은 자신의 발 아래 작은 땅에 있는 생명의 꽃씨를 알기 힘듭니다 항상 파아란 바다를 보라보며 머나먼 수평선 너머로 가보고자 사람은 먼저 자신의 두발을 물 속에 담글 수 있어야 한다 낮은 곳을 볼 줄 아는 지혜가 미래 가치를 만들어 줍니다
