인도네시아 차기대통령, 조코 위도도 씨가 확정돼

The court rejected all the claims made by losing presidential ticket Prabowo Subianto and his running mate Hatta Rajasa in their lawsuit, which alleged widespread fraud during the July 9 election.

인도네시아 헌법재판소는 지난달 실시된 대통령선거에서 패배한 후보자가 선거에 부정이 있었다며 제기한 이의소송을 기각하는 판결을 내림에 따라 수도 자카르타의 지사인 조코 위도도 씨가 인도네시아의 차기 대통령으로 확정됐습니다.

지난달 9일 실시된 인도네시아 대통령 선거에서는 수도 자카르타의 지사인 조코 위도도 씨가 과반수 표를 획득해 전직 군인인 프라보워 수비안토 씨를 누르고 당선했습니다.

선거에서 패배한 프라보워 씨는 선거관리위원회가 발표한 표 수와 자신의 선거진영 입회인이 계수한 표에 차이가 있는 등 인도네시아 전역에서 대규모 부정이 있었다며 헌법재판소에 이의를 제기했습니다.

헌법재판소에서는 21일 밤 재판소 장관이 약 7시간에 걸쳐 판결 이유를 낭독하고 프라보워 씨의 이의신청에 대해 "법적 증거가 없다"고 이의를 기각하는 판결을 내렸습니다.

헌법재판소의 판결에 대해 불복신청을 할 수 없는데 따라 조코 씨가 인도네시아의 차기대통령으로 확정됐습니다
