빈라덴, 대 파키스탄 대통령 선전포고 비디오 공개예정(E)

국제 테러조직 알 카에다의 지도자 오사마 빈 라덴이 파키스탄의 페르베즈 무샤라프 대통령과 파키스탄군에 선전포고하는 내용의 새로운 비디오를 곧 공개할 것이라고 한 이슬람 웹사이트가 밝혔습니다.

이 웹사이트는 그러나 빈 라덴이 비디오 영상에 직접 나타날런지, 혹은 음성 테이프가  동반될지의 여부 등을 밝히지 않았습니다.

알 카에다는 이에 앞서 몇시간 전  2인자인 아이만 알 자와히리의 모습이 담긴 비디오를 공개했습니다. 자와히리는 비디오에서 파키스탄군이 지난 7월 수도 이슬라마바드내 붉은 사원을 장악하고 있던 이슬람 민병대를 무력 진압한 데 대해 비난했습니다.

자와히리는 파키스탄군의 진압으로 사망한 민병대 지도자 압둘 라시드 가지에 대해 애도를 표하며 복수를 촉구했습니다.

An Islamist web site says it will soon carry a new video from al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden declaring war on Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and the country's army.

The posting (today / Thursday) did not say if bin Laden would appear on the video or his message would be carried on an accompanying audio tape.

Hours earlier, al-Qaida released a new video from bin Laden's deputy -- Ayman
al-Zawahiri -- condemning the Pakistani military's assault in July on Islamic militants who took over the Red Mosque in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad.

In that video, Zawahiri paid tribute to the militant leader Abdul Rashid Ghazi, who was
