A joint press communique issued after talks between visiting Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe said the two countries shoulder the solemn responsibility to make constructive contributions to peace, stability and development in Asia and the whole world. On the basis of this understanding, China and Japan will be engaged in mutually beneficial cooperation in an all-round way at bilateral, regional as well as international levels, in joint efforts to make contributions to their own countries, the whole of Asia and the world at large. In doing so, the two countries will gain mutual benefit and expand their common interests so as to push the development of their bilateral relationship to a new height, it said. As for the main content of the strategic, mutually beneficial relationship, the communique said China and Japan should support each other's peaceful development, enhance political mutual trust and increase the exchange of high-level visits. The communique also called for enhanced defense dialogues and personnel and cultural exchanges. The relationship also involves a wide range of cooperation in such fields as energy, environmental protection, financing and intellectual property rights. The two sides also agreed that the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula should be resolved peacefully through dialogue and said the Association of Southeast Asian Nations could play an important role in regional cooperation in East Asia, on the basis of the principles of openness, transparency and tolerance. 일본 아베신조수상의 초청으로 중국 국무원 온가보총리는 11일 오후 도꾜에 도착하여 일본에 대한 공식방문을 시작하였습니다. 이것은 중국 정부총리가 7년만에 일본을 처음 방문하는것입니다.

온가보총리는 공항에서 한 서면연설에서 올해는 중일 양국 국교정상화가 실현된지 35주년이 되는 해이며 양국관계의 개선과 발전이 중요한 기회에 직면하고 있다고 말했습니다. 그는 자기의 이번 방문의 목적은 정치적 신임을 강화하고 호혜협력을 심화하며 친선교류를 확대하고 중일관계의 장기적이고 건전하며 안정한 발전을 추동하려는데 있다고 했습니다. 온가보총리는 이번 방문을 통해 중일 선린우호협력관계를 보다 높은 차원으로 끌어올리기 바란다고 했습니다.

방문기간 온가보총리는 일본 천황을 만나고 아베신조수상과 회담하며 일본 국회에서 연설을 발표하게 됩니다. 이것은 중국지도자가 20년만에 처음으로 일본 국회에서 연설을 발표하는 것입니다.

 

중국 국무원 온가보총리는 11일 일본 수상관저에서 일본 아베신조수상과 회담을 가졌습니다. 회담에서 쌍방은 중일관계와 공동의 관심사로 되는 지역과 국제문제와 관해 의견을 나누었습니다.
