이란 국회의원 ‘9년내 국산 원자력발전소 가동’ (E)

이란의 한 국회의원은 이란 최초의 국산 원자력발전소가 앞으로 9년 안에 가동될 것이라고 밝혔습니다.

이란 학생통신은  24일, 이라크 국경 부근의 360메가와트급의 다르크호빈 원자력발전소의 설계가 내년에 완성될 것이라고 한, 알라에딘 보로우제르디 의원의 말을 인용, 보도했습니다.

보로우제르디 의원은 다르크호빈 원자력발전소가  이란의 중요한 미래 핵에너지 개발의 첫걸음이 될 것이라고 말했습니다.  그는 또 이란은 2만 메가와트급의 새 원자력발전소 건설에 외국인 투자를 환영한다고 밝혔습니다.

이달 초,  러시아는 이란 부셰르 원자력발전소에 연료를 공급하기 시작했습니다.

An Iranian lawmaker says Iran's first fully home-built nuclear power plant should come on line in about nine years.

The Iranian Student News Agency quotes lawmaker Ala'eddin Boroujerdi as saying design blueprints are set for completion next year for the 360-megawatt plant at Darkhovin, near the Iraqi border.

Boroujerdi spoke with reporters today (Monday) and quoted from a report by the Iranian atomic energy agency. He called the Darkhovin plant an initial step in Iran's "significant" future nuclear developments. He also said Iran welcomes foreign investment to help generate 20-thousand megawatts of new atomic energy.

Earlier this month, Russia began delivering fuel for the nuclear power plant it has built for Iran at Bushehr.
